A new build green fields site, the childcare is located in the established suburb of Rivett in Canberra's west. The facility began construction in late 2023 with an anticipated completion in September 2024.

The facility boasts a considered single level design with modern and appealing facade treatments, whilst creating a welcoming and calming space for its users to use, play, grow and develop.

Pre-Construction Planning Phase

Nestled at 90 Northbourne Avenue, Ahlei enjoys a prime location in the heart of Braddon. This vibrant neighbourhood sets the stage for a dynamic and connected lifestyle.

Boasting 100+ residential dwellings and commercial space on ground floor, the development is a benchmark for quality and unified delivery in the region. Situated on the corner of Elouera Street and Mort Street, it serves as a fitting gateway to the thriving and energetic Braddon precinct. ShevGroup has been skilfully steering the design of this project throughout 2023 with the expert assistance of Cox Architecture, Northrop Engineers and Sellick Consultants. The project is due to commence construction in the second quarter of 2024 with pre-construction planning and activities well underway.

The G6 Apartments consist of two commercial residential towers adjacent to the Gungahlin town centre. With over 120 dwellings and two levels of basement across a sloping site, the design management and coordination has been extensive.

ShevGroup were engaged in 2023 in the role of Early Contract Involvement services. ShevGroup drew upon its extensive experience and industry knowledge to drive the project through a complicated Development Application process and towards the development of Building Approval documentation.

Project Value: $46M

The G6 Apartments consist of two commercial residential towers adjacent to the Gungahlin town centre. With over 120 dwellings and two levels of basement across a sloping site, the design management and coordination has been extensive.

21 Broadbeach Boulevard is a high-rise commercial residential tower situated on the beachfront in Broadbeach, South East Queensland. The project is a unique development referencing the leaf form in its eye-catching façade.

With a small footprint site and strict development guidelines, the pre-acquisition advice provided by ShevGroup has been invaluable to our clients. ShevGroup has worked closely with the developer to ensure that the data provided and analysed is accurate, to appropriately inform acquisition opportunities utilising years of experience from within the ShevGroup team.

ShevGroup has worked collaboratively with the developer to ensure the most accurate and highly detailed information is provided to inform and engage in this development opportunity.

This involves investigations into construction feasibilities, work methods and building strategies along with developing informed project program plans and site logistics planning.

Project Value: $75M

34 Marcus Clarke is a proposed 15 storey student accommodation project to be constructed within close proximity to the university district of Canberra City. ShevGroup has worked collaboratively with the developer to ensure the most accurate and highly detailed information is provided to inform and engage in this development opportunity.

This involves investigations into construction feasibilities, work methods and building strategies along with developing informed project program plans and site logistics planning.
